A racist woman who racially harassed an Asian woman in LA has been jailed for 45 days.

In June Lena Hernandez was caught harassing an Asian woman who was exercising in a Torrance park.

“Get the fuck out of the state,” Hernandez had said to the Asian exerciser at the park. “Go back to whatever fucking Asian country you belong in.”

Hernandez was also caught on camera in another incident involving an Asian American man who visited the park with his children on the same day.

The racist woman who harassed Asians in Torrance has been arrested for a separate crime but was subsequently released on a $1 bail.

One month to the date later 150 participants gathered in the park demanding justice.

It has since been reported that Hernandez is now taking a plea deal accepting her misdemeanor battery charge.

Prosecutors are seeking a 45-day sentence in Los Angeles County Jail for the perpetrator.

Hernandez will appear in court on Tuesday to accept the deal. She will be on probation for the next three years and must attend a year-long anger management class.

Additionally, Hernandez will be ordered to pay $1,500 and is prohibited to own a firearm for the next 10 years.

In other news, a racist Canadian who was caught on video kicking and spitting at an Asian man’s car has been charged with a hate crime.
