A 17-year-old stabbed an Asian laundromat employee to death in Maryland according to The Bay Net.

Mekhi Loving fatally stabbed 59-year-old Fu Tian Yan at the Capitol Heights laundromat as the teenager was attempting to steal money from the business.

The incident occurred on 17 September at 19:15. Officers responded to the laundromat, finding Yan inside the business with multiple stab wounds. Yan died shortly after in hospital.

Footage uploaded by Asian Dawn shows Loving stabbing Yan in the back and front before raiding the cash register.

Loving was arrested and has been charged with first degree murder. The teenage murderer is in custody of the Department of Corrections with a no-bond status.

In other news, US House of Representatives has passed a resolution denouncing Coronavirus racism towards Asian Americans.
