Chinese Takeaway in Lancashire violently attacked amid Coronavirus pandemic

Video footage of a Chinese takeaway in Lancashire being violently attacked has been circulating online.

Taken from behind the counter, the video captures an unidentified man punching through glass that separates the customers from the staff.

The man moves through the takeaway, punching out each glass section.

Screams from the staff are heard in the video.

It is unclear which takeaway the incident occurred in but the attack is believed to have taken place in Blackburn, Lancashire.

The attack comes amid the Coronavirus at a time when hate crimes against Chinese people in the UK are rising.

In related news, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has declared himself to be a “Sinophile” whilst disapproving of racism towards Chinese people amid the pandemic.
