BLACKPINK’s Lisa is making waves again with a highly anticipated new single, teaming up with pop-rock giants Maroon 5 for a track titled Priceless. As one of the most popular members of BLACKPINK, Lisa’s latest collaboration is already generating major buzz across social media and the global K-pop community.

Maroon 5 broke the news with a playful teaser on social media this past Saturday. The post featured a short video of frontman Adam Levine and Lisa having a laugh during what looked like a photoshoot. The caption was straight to the point: “PRICELESS FT. LISA @lalalalisa_m PRE-SAVE NOW.” They even gave fans a tiny sneak peek of the tune on their Instagram Story, with Levine’s smooth falsetto singing an “Oooh” followed by Lisa dropping a confident rap: “Yeah, talk is cheap boy stop it / Got my love that’s a real big profit.”

Adding fuel to the fire, Levine also shared some black and white snaps on his personal Instagram, seemingly from the ‘Priceless’ music video shoot. One picture showed a clapperboard with the names of director Aerin Moreno and cinematographer Russ Fraser, while another offered a bird’s-eye view of Levine and the Kpop star chilling together on a balcony.

The collaboration wasn’t a total bolt from the blue. Earlier in the week, Maroon 5 had posted a slightly mysterious photo on Instagram showing Levine standing next to an unidentified woman, both gazing out at a city skyline. Around the same time, Lisa also posted a brief video on her own Instagram Story, showing her lying back, possibly during filming, with a snippet of music playing in the background.

This exciting news comes hot on the heels of Adam Levine’s appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he revealed that Maroon 5 has a new album slated for release this summer – their first since 2021’s ‘Jordi’. While he kept most details under wraps, he did tease that a new single would be hitting ears towards the end of the month. Now we know that single is the much-anticipated ‘Priceless’ featuring Lisa.

For Lisa, this collaboration arrives as she’s still riding high from the release of her first solo album, ‘Alter Ego’, which dropped in late February and featured a string of impressive collaborations with artists like Rosalía, Megan Thee Stallion, and Doja Cat. The album even cracked the Billboard 200 top 10. She also recently made her solo Coachella debut, tearing up the stage in support of the album.

With Maroon 5 gearing up for their new album and Lisa continuing her solo success, ‘Priceless’ is shaping up to be a major moment, blending the worlds of pop-rock and K-pop into what’s sure to be an unmissable track. Keep your ears peeled for the official release date!
