Hypebeast reports that Adidas is launching a special edition ‘Advantage’ 8-bit Pokémon sneaker.

First look images of the Three Stripes/Japanese series collaboration show an ‘Advantage’ white leather sneaker with a pixellated Pikachu on the heel.

Other first-gen Pokémon, such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, Cubone, Vaporeon are seen on the inner liner too. On the tongue, Adidas and Pokémon both sport their logos.

The special edition trainer will release soon via select retailers and Adidas’s online store.

In related news, Adidas recently launched a special edition UltraBOOST 20 Collection to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Meanwhile, earlier this month Pokémon partnered with Japanese restaurant chain Yoshinoya to celebrate its 120th anniversary.
