‘Crazy Rich Asians’ star Awkwafina to host 22nd Hollywood Film Awards

Awkwafina will host the 22nd Hollywood Film Awards.

According to The Hollywood ReporterAwkwafina (Ocean’s 8, Crazy Rich Asians) will host the 22nd Hollywood Film Awards.

The Hollywood Film Awards, which will be held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on Sunday will honor the achievements in cinema. Nicole Kidman will receive the Hollywood career achievement award. Glenn Close and Hugh Jackman will be given the the Hollywood actress and Hollywood actor awards.

Timothée Chalamet will receive the Hollywood supporting actor award for Beautiful Boy.

As well as presenting the awards, Awkwafina will be honored with the Crazy Rich Asians cast too.

Spike Lee’s Ku Klux Klan film BlacKkKlansman‘s John David Washington will be given the Hollywood breakout performance actor award.

Pixar’s Incredibles 2 will receive the Hollywood animation award whilst Marvel’s Black Panther will receive the Hollywood film award.

In related and recent news, Lucy Liu responded to Awkwafina’s shoutout on SNL, calling her a “fellow warrior.”
