Born in the Philippines, Will moved to the United States because of his military father and lived all over the country. He decided to pick Texas A&M University where he earned his BA in History and MS in Sociology, though Jacksonville, Florida is home for now. His writing and research interests include international labor migration, exploitation of labor, Asian migrants, and Asian culture within the United States.
