Netflix has expanded its growing catalog of international romance dramas with the premiere of Chasing Love. The brand-new Thai Girls’ Love (GL) series officially launched on Friday, 29 May 2026.
The streaming giant secured exclusive rights to distribute the “uncut version” of the series to international viewers outside of Thailand. This deal marks another significant step into regional LGBTQ+ programming for the platform, following a massive rise in global demand for Thai romantic dramas.
A One-Night Stand Turned Corporate Complication
Directed by Pantip Vibultham, Chasing Love blends workplace drama with contemporary romance. The plot centers on Song, a guarded scientist portrayed by Chanidapa Sommitthanakul, better known to fans as Nile.

After engaging in what she intends to be a simple one-night stand, Song finds herself falling into a complicated relationship when her previous hookup turns out to be Piang, her boss’s daughter. Newcomer Natchaya Vongbut portrays Piang, establishing a central pairing that local media outlets have tracked closely throughout production.

According to the official synopsis provided by Netflix, the series follows three separate women who actively run away from romantic attachments. Their paths cross with three others who completely refuse to stop chasing their hearts, creating an interconnected story about vulnerability and human connection.
Uncut Streaming Schedule and Release Times
The series consists of eight episodes, with each entry maintaining a forty-five-minute runtime. New episodes will drop on the platform every Friday, leading up to the final episode on 17 July 2026.

To manage international distribution, local broadcasters in Thailand will air each episode on domestic television networks before the uncut version arrives on streaming services globally. Viewers can check their local time zones for the exact weekly drop, with episodes scheduled to lock in at 9:30 AM PDT and 12:30 PM EDT.
The decision to provide the raw, uncensored cuts exclusively on Netflix gives the streaming release a clear advantage over standard television broadcasts. It allows international fans to experience the full weight of the performances without the traditional editing constraints of regional broadcast networks.
