BTS are officially back — and Netflix is hosting their long-awaited reunion. After nearly four years away, BTS will reunite for their first full-group live performance, streaming globally on Netflix in March.

On March 21, RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook will perform together at Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square for BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, a global live concert exclusive to Netflix and included across all subscription plans. The event marks BTS’s first on-stage appearance as a complete group since their hiatus began in late 2022.

The Netflix live performance arrives one day after the release of ARIRANG, BTS’s fifth studio album, which drops on March 20. Songs from the new album will be performed live for the first time, alongside other tracks from the group’s catalogue, though the official set list has not been revealed.

Set in front of Gwanghwamun, the main gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Netflix concert places BTS’s comeback in one of Seoul’s most historic locations, reinforcing the cultural weight of the group’s return. For global fans, Netflix’s livestream makes the performance accessible worldwide in real time.

Netflix is also expanding its BTS slate with the release of BTS: THE RETURN, a feature-length documentary premiering on March 27. Directed by Bao Nguyen (The Stringer, The Greatest Night in Pop) and produced by This Machine and HYBE, the film documents the making of ARIRANG and follows BTS as they reunite after completing South Korea’s mandatory military service.

The documentary traces the members’ first creative sessions together in Los Angeles after their staggered discharges between 2024 and mid-2025, capturing the emotional and artistic recalibration behind BTS’s next era. BTS: THE RETURN offers rare behind-the-scenes access as the group reflects on their past, their growth, and the future of BTS as a global act.

Since debuting in 2013, BTS have become one of the most influential music groups in the world, with a fanbase — ARMY — that spans continents and cultures. Their return on Netflix represents not just a comeback, but a major pop culture moment for 2026.

Following the Netflix live concert, BTS will embark on the ARIRANG World Tour, spanning 34 regions and 82 shows worldwide.

BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG streams live on Netflix on March 21 at 8pm KST (4am PT / 7am ET). BTS: THE RETURN premieres on Netflix on March 27.
