Canadian actor Manny Jacinto, known for his roles in Star Wars: The Acolyte, The Good Place, and Top Gun: Maverick, is set to receive the Radius Award at the 2025 Canadian Screen Awards. This prestigious award recognizes Canadian artists who have achieved global recognition.

Jacinto’s diverse filmography and rising international profile have solidified his position as a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television praised Jacinto’s contributions, stating that the award acknowledges artists making “a resounding global impact.”

The Canadian Screen Awards, which celebrate the best in Canadian film and television, will take place in Toronto from May 30 to June 1.  Jacinto will be honored alongside other notable figures in the industry, including Cineplex CEO Ellis Jacob and veteran producer Denise Robert.
