Olivia Rodrigo has donated all the profits from her recent concert in the Philippines to a non-profit organisation that provides healthcare to women and girls.

The singer, who is part Filipina, played to a 55,000-strong crowd at the Philippine Arena in Manila on 5 October, the biggest audience of her career so far.

“Been dreaming of this show for a whileeeee,” Rodrigo wrote on Instagram. “My first time in the Philippines and also my biggest venue ever!!!!! thank you to everyone Manila for welcoming me so generously and making me feel so loved.”

All profits from the show were donated to Jhpiego, a non-profit affiliated with Johns Hopkins University that provides reproductive healthcare access, HIV/AIDS and infectious disease prevention, and education to women and families worldwide.

Rodrigo also spoke about her experience as an Asian-American artist in the US. “I sometimes get DMs from little girls being like, ‘I’ve never seen someone who looked like me in your position.’ And I’m literally going to cry.
