The film is described by The Exchange president Nat McCormack as “a modern approach to ‘Love Actually’ with a star-studded Asian American cast”. Set in Seattle and Kuala Lumpur, Worth the Wait promises a blend of humor and heartfelt moments as it explores the “intertwining lives of Asian-American strangers over the course of a year as they find new loves, mend their relationships, and create new connections.”

Alongside Condor and Koji, viewers will recognize familiar faces like (clockwise left to right) Sung Kang (Fast & Furious franchise), and Elodie Yung (The Hitman’s Bodyguard). The supporting cast further includes Butler (To All The Boys franchise, Shazam!), Karena Lam (American Girl), and Kheng Hua Tan (Crazy Rich Asians).
