Six people wanted for punching Asian woman in the face in racist NYC subway attack

NYPD are searching for six people who punched an Asian woman in the face in the NYC subway.

The group of three men and three women argued with the woman for not wearing a mask.

After punching her in the face and making anti-asian remarks, the group ran away.

The incident occurred on 17 December at West 4th Street station in Manhattan.

NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the group members.

Anyone with information is asked to anonymously call 1-800-577-TIPS or to contact the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force directly on Twitter.
