Hypebeast reports that Adidas is celebrating Chinese New Year by launching a special UltraBOOST 20 Collection.

The latest iteration of the popular UltraBOOST line – UltraBOOST 20 – was launched last month. Although relatively similar in terms of appearance, the UltraBOOST 20 is made with slightly different materials than the UltraBOOST 19.

With Chinese New Year just around the corner (25 January 2020), the German sneaker brand is offering a limited edition version of the UltraBOOST 20.

The CNY shoe features a black midsole and Adidas’s three signature stripes in gold. Additionally, a lotus flower print inspired by Chinese cultural designs is printed across the shoe. Purple and pink flowers are embroidered on the tongue too.

Adidas’s CNY trainer launches on Sunday, retailing at $159 USD, on adidas.com.

In related news, Adidas recently announced that it will be giving its American and European robot jobs to Asia.
