Deadline reports that Iron Fist star Jessica Henwick will play a lead role in the fourth iteration of The Matrialongside Keanu Reeves.

Tentatively titled Matrix 4, the Warner Bros/Village Roadshow film is reportedly currently under wraps.

Lana Wachowski, the director behind Matrix 4, was looking for a “female-like Neo character” for the film when Henwick was brought aboard.

However, it has not been reported what role the British born half Singaporean half Zambian actress will play or what the plot of the film will entail.
