New York Post reports that a drunk Australian tourist has been arrested for kicking a local man off his moving motorcycle in Bali.

Nicholas Carr, 27, was caught on camera running into oncoming traffic and fly-kicking a man off his motorbike as he was moving at around 530am. He then threw himself onto the hood of a moving car.

10 people chased Carr down and detained him before bounding him with a water house. He was eventually arrested by local police.

The Australian lunatic reportedly drank 10 cocktails in the hours leading up to his crimes.

“I was very drunk and I apologize. I don’t remember anything at all,” Carr said. “I have drunk until I have blacked out but I have never done this before, ever.”

Carr added that he is willing to comply with authorities. “I’ll do whatever they want,” he added.

He is now facing charges for violence, battery and destruction of property.

“According to the Sanglah hospital he doesn’t have any mental problems, he was just heavily drunk,” Kuta Police Chief Teuku Ricki Fadlianshah said.
