Ali Wong and Randall Park are set to star in a Netflix film.

Deadline reports that the American Housewife star and Fresh Off The Boat star have written the feature comedy along with Michael Golamco.

The untitled feature will follow two childhood friends who “find themselves in vastly different socioeconomic situations when they fall in love as adults,” according to Deadline.

Netflix is currently searching for a director.

Recently, Park was announced to play S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jimmy Woo in Marvel’s upcoming Ant-Man And The Wasp. The Korean actor will star alongside Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly who return to play the title characters.

Wong, who was a writer for Fresh Off the Boat has previously discussed how the entertainment industry is hiring more actors and writers of colour.

“The concept of ‘diversity’ was this big moral SHOULD,” Wong said to NBC. “And now with the success of shows like Fresh Off the BoatEmpireBlackish, and Jane the Virgin, it’s become this big business MUST, which is so great.”
