Fifi Rong will release her latest single ‘The Same Road’ on 16 June 2017.

Having just returned from playing four shows at SXSW 2017, Fifi Rong has announced that she will be releasing her newest single next month.

The single follows the acclaimed ‘Future Never Comes’, which the singer

" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">previously described to Resonate, as a song that explores her “fear and doubt”.

Fifi’s latest single, ‘The Same Road’ was mixed by Max Dingel who has previously worked with Goldfrapp, The Killers, White Lies and Muse amongst others.

Discussing ‘The Same Road’, Fifi said, “There is a world inside my solitude, which has been a blessing and a curse. ‘The Same Road’ falls into one of my recurring themes of such inherent paradox and emotional cocktail of vulnerability and strengths.”

“There is a stark contrast between musically driven, upbeat energy and heavier lyrical content, reflecting my inner resistance of moving 3 steps forward and 2 steps back, and the determination to break through negative cycles.”

‘The Same Road’ will be released on 16 June 2017 via AWAL and will be available in all major online stores and streaming platforms.
