The teenager who was seen attacking a Chinese food delivery man in a viral video has been caught.

According to an NYPD spokesman, police officers arrested and charged a 13-year-old boy with robbery in the third degree.

In the viral video, the teen can be seen pushing and tormenting the delivery man. The teen is seen to push the 38-year-old victim to the ground before ripping the food out of his hands. The teen’s friends can be heard egging him on. The 13-year-old then kicks a container before the victim retaliates with punches.

“The victim suffered pain and bruising but was not hospitalized as a result of this incident,” the spokesman said.

Police say the teen took food and fled on foot.
