Kyle is a second-generation Asian American who is currently a high-school student at the Collegiate School in New York City. He is the president of the school’s Asian Cultural Society Club and the captain of his debate team; he is one of America’s top ten Lincoln-Douglas debaters. His interest and concern for Asian America were sparked at a young age with the lack of “Asian representation” in not only his favorite TV shows but in his school’s history class (he loves history).
