BLACKPINK member LISA’s feature documentary Always Lalisa will receive a limited IMAX and worldwide cinema release from October 12, before arriving exclusively on YouTube Premium later this year.
Sony Music Vision announced that tickets for the theatrical release will go on sale on September 9 via AlwaysLaLisa.com. The film is directed by Sue Kim and will be distributed in cinemas by Trafalgar Releasing following its world premiere at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival.
Always Lalisa follows LISA — the rapper, singer, dancer and actor born Lalisa Manobal — during a pivotal year of her career. For the first time since childhood, she steps away from BLACKPINK for a year of independence.
The documentary explores the pressure and uncertainty surrounding her solo ambitions, acting work and brand-building efforts, as well as her desire to preserve a personal life away from the global spotlight before returning to the group.

The release comes during a busy period for LISA, whose profile has continued to expand across music, fashion, film and television.
