Blackpink’s Lisa is gearing up for her highly anticipated solo comeback with Alter Ego, but an unexpected setback has left fans and the artist herself in shock.

During a live broadcast on February 25, Lisa was teasing spoilers for the album when she was blindsided by a comment informing her that the album had been leaked online.

Initially dismissing it as a joke, she reacted with disbelief, asking, “It’s leaked though, really? What?” However, as the reality of the situation sank in, her expression shifted from confusion to disappointment. The album was originally scheduled for release on February 28, 2025.

The leak immediately sparked outrage among fans, with many taking to social media to express their frustration. “Lisa finding out [people] leaked her music… Alice, get that lawyer on the phone, I’m not playing!” one fan fumed. Others demanded accountability, insisting that Lisa’s hard work deserved more respect.

Despite the controversy, excitement for Alter Ego remains high. On February 22, Lisa had unveiled the tracklist in a 27-second teaser video, featuring 15 songs and multiple collaborations. The video depicted Lisa surrounded by five avatars—Roxi, Sunni, Kiki, Speedi, and Vixi—each representing a different facet of her artistry.

The album boasts an impressive lineup of features, including Born Again with Doja Cat and Raye, New Woman with Rosalía, and Rapunzel with Megan Thee Stallion. Other standout tracks include FXCK UP THE WORLD featuring Future, Rockstar, Thunder, Moonlit Floor, Lifestyle, and BADGRRRL. Additionally, solo versions of FXCK UP THE WORLD (Vixi Solo Version) and Rapunzel (Kiki Solo Version) add a unique touch to the project.
