China’s richest woman Yang Huiyan has just made $2.1 billion in only four days.

Bloomberg reports that Yang Huiyan, Vice Chairman of Country Garden Holdings Co, saw her wealth increase by $2.1 billion n the first four trading days of 2018.

With a fortune of $25.6 billion as of 5 January 2018, Yang is the fifth-richest person in the country. At age 36, Yang is currently the richest woman in China and the nation’s youngest billionaire.

Yang’s father, Yang Guoqiang (AKA Yeung Kwok Keung in Cantonese) co-founded Country Garden in 1992. He transferred his controlling stake of the company to his daughter in 2005 “due to his intention to train Yang Huiyan as the successor of his family’s interest” in the group.

Country Garden is a property development company based in Guangdong Province, China. The company has over 200 high-end township developments in China, Malaysia and Australia. It has sold to more than 1,500,000 homeowners and employs above 70,000 people worldwide.

On Friday, the company reported preliminary 2017 contracted sales of 550.8 billion yuan ($85 billion).
