BTS’s golden maknae duo, Jimin and Jungkook, are back on the road — this time swapping city skylines for alpine peaks and tropical coastlines. The second season of their travel series Are You Sure?! has officially landed on Disney+, with the first two episodes kicking off a new eight-part journey.

Reuniting in the postcard-perfect Swiss Alps for their first meetup since completing military service, the pair ease back into their natural rhythm: trading barracks anecdotes, sprinting to catch trains, and sampling local dishes without hesitation. Season Two charts a 12-day adventure, with episodes dropping in pairs every Wednesday through December 24.

The first season, released earlier this year, saw the duo hop between New York, Jeju Island, and Sapporo. This time, they’re travelling lighter — literally — with only a single 20-inch suitcase allowed for the entire trip. The minimalist setup is part of the season’s playful twist, accompanied by game missions that change the rules as they go.

When the production team springs the luggage restriction on them, Jimin blinks and asks, “So, we’re not supposed to bring much,” while Jungkook’s stunned silence says it all. The season immediately sets the tone: unpredictable, stripped-back, and full of their signature chaotic brotherhood.

Beyond the games, Season Two is built around contrast — quiet alpine healing versus Southeast Asian vibrancy. Early episodes show the pair paddleboarding and swimming in Switzerland’s emerald lakes, their bright smiles dialling up the soft, cinematic mood of the moment. Later, in Da Nang, Vietnam, the tempo shifts as they throw themselves into activities powered by sun, salt, and youthful adrenaline.

Food, as always, becomes its own storyline. Whether navigating local eateries or bonding over shared cravings, their “foodie chemistry” remains on full display.

At the heart of Are You Sure?! is their friendship: familiar yet evolving, playful yet deeply rooted. Season Two doubles down on this. Their banter flows effortlessly, whether they’re teasing each other during challenges or confessing their weaknesses.

“I’m really bad at this, you know?” Jimin admits during one mission.

Jungkook fires back instantly: “Me too, I’m bad at it too.”

What follows, naturally, is competitiveness, laughter, and the kind of unfiltered honesty that reminds everyone why their dynamic resonates far beyond the fandom.

Are You Sure?! is part of an expanding slate of BTS projects despite the group’s ongoing hiatus. Just last month, Jin announced a concert film chronicling his debut solo tour, set to hit 1,800 theatres across 70 countries on December 27–28. V, meanwhile, has taken on the role of first-ever brand ambassador for Korean beauty label TIRTIR.

The group’s long-awaited comeback is set for 2026. On X, RM teased fans with: “Above all, the music is really coming out great. Everyone is working hard. Look forward to it. 2026 Bulletproof Army Fighting.”

BTS have been working on their new album since July, expected this spring — their first since 2020’s Be. “Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started,” they shared earlier this year. “We’re also planning a world tour alongside the new album. We’ll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you’re as excited as we are.”

Episodes 1 and 2 of Disney+’s Are You Sure?! Season 2 featuring Jimin and Jungkook are out now, with two new episodes released every Wednesday — eight episodes in total.
