The global K-pop group TWICE achieved another milestone in their decade-long career by becoming the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Four of its nine members—Nayeon, Jihyo, Tzuyu, and Momo—took the stage in New York City on Wednesday, joining an all-female performance lineup that included Missy Elliott, Karol G, and Madison Beer.
A Historic Performance
The quartet delivered energetic renditions of two of their popular tracks, “This Is For” and “Strategy,” which comes from their recent EP of the same name. The performance marked a special moment for the group, particularly as they celebrate their 10th anniversary.
The decision to feature TWICE aligns with Victoria’s Secret’s modern relaunch, which aims to blend high fashion, pop culture, and inclusivity to celebrate women’s strength and creativity. The group’s appearance follows LISA’s headline-making solo debut at the event in 2024.

The four members who performed coordinated their outfits in a way that reflected the youthful style of the brand’s PINK line, wearing baby pink knee-high fur boots and micro miniskirts. They were joined on the runway by models, including Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast Sunisa “Suni” Lee, who made her runway debut as a PINK model.
Jihyo commented on performing without the full group. “We are used to doing the performances with nine members, but this time we are able to do only four of us, so I hope you guys enjoy this new performance of us,” she said, via a translator, during the pink-carpet pre-show.
Reflecting on a Decade of Success
TWICE’s albums have generated over 20 million sales across South Korea and Japan since their 2015 debut. They have also broken several Billboard records, including becoming the first girl group to reach the No. 1 spot on the Top Album Sales chart with an EP.
The group’s performance comes ahead of their massive ‘This Is For’ World Tour in 2026. The members recently reflected on their maturity and growth over the past decade. Nayeon noted to Harper’s Bazaar that “Being in the public eye and basically growing up in the spotlight, we are always responsible for our actions. Because we have done so many amazing things and grown so much in the last few years, I believe I’ve definitely matured and realized how special the people in my life are to me.”

Mina spoke about the intersection of fashion and performance, saying, “We always want to put on a good show, so we have to memorize all the choreography and make sure we’re keeping high energy levels throughout the show. The costumes and makeup are like our armor; we become more confident and powerful in them onstage. We feel like we can face anything!”
