TIME reports that Alibaba co-founder Jack Ma has donated 500,000 Coronavirus test kits and millions of masks to America.

The Chinese billionaire took to his newly created Twitter account to share an image of the shipment being sent from Shanghai to the US.

“The first shipment of masks and coronavirus test kits to the US is taking off from Shanghai,” Ma tweeted. “All the best to our friends in America.”

In his profile, Ma describes himself as a “teacher, philanthropist, entrepreneur.” The 55-year-old also retweeted a message from the Jack Ma Foundation.

“Through a donation of 500,000 testing kits and 1 million masks, we join hands with Americans in these difficult times,” the tweet read, as well as enclosing a message from Ma himself.

“Drawing from my own country’s experience, speedy and accurate testing and adequate personal protective equipment for medical professionals are most effective in preventing the spread of the virus,” Ma said in the statement.
