Steve Aoki has offered Kawhi Leonard free pizza for life if he joins the Los Angeles Lakers

Japanese American DJ Steve Aoki has offered Kawhi Leonard free pizza from his restaurant Pizzaoki if he becomes a Laker.

Leonard is currently in transfer talks for next season with his current team the Toronto Raptors, the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers.

In a clip on Twitter, Aoki encouraged the 2019 NBA MVP to return to his home town, offering him free Pizzaoki for life.

“Kawhi, you gotta come to the Lakers,” Aoki said. “You, AD, LeBron, LA would go insane!”

As well as offering free pizza, Aoki said he would throw a pizza party that would break a Guinness World Record.

“Not only will I give you free Pizzaoki for life, but I will throw the biggest pizza party LA has ever seen right in front of the Staples Center. Let’s break the Guinness World Record on this one!” The 41-year-old added.

Leonard was crowned the 2019 NBA MVP after securing the Toronto Raptor’s first ever NBA Championship win. The accolade also made Jeremy Lin the first Asian-American NBA Championship winner.
