Resonate Co-Founder Jun Kit Man will be speaking at the National Union of Journalists.

Jun Kit Man, Resonate Co-Founder and MD, will be delivering a speech at the National Union of Journalists (NUJ).

On 26 March 2019, Man will be speaking at the NUJ’s AGM, where he will discuss his career and the importance of East Asian representation.

“By providing a platform for the next generation of media professionals, we aim to elevate East Asian representation,” Man said about Resonate“Our work focuses on developing the careers of East Asians in the media in order to achieve wider representation.”

Having also worked for several of China’s major television news channels such as CCTV, Xinhua News Agency, Phoenix TV and Propeller TV, Man has covered a wide array of stories ranging from the Royal Wedding to the Olympics.

Man will reflect on his experience in media and the issues that plague the industry, particularly for East Asians.

Earlier this year Man appeared in the BBC documentary Takeaway Kids, where he discussed his upbringing as a British Born Chinese.
