Aline Brosh McKenna and Rene Gube will write and produce the show.

CBS is set to develop an Asian American basketball comedy titled Big Men.

According to Deadline, the show will be written and executive produced by Aline Brosh McKenna and Rene Gube. Brosh Mckenna co-created Crazy Ex-Girlfriend with Rachel Bloom. Gube was the CW series’ producer and recurring guest.

Big Men will focus on an Asian American rookie pro basketball player who aspires to make it big. However, his 13-year-old twin sisters and his immigrant father hold him back.

It has not been confirmed that Gube will act in the show.

Brosh McKenna was also a writer for The Devil Wears Prada. Gube also c0-starred on and wrote for the TBS comedy series Ground Floor.
