Jack Ma performed a Michael Jackson-inspired dance to celebrate Alibaba’s 18th birthday.

Held in Hangzhou, company’s party saw attendance from about 40,000 employees who came from a range of regions and countries.

The Alibaba founder and executive chairman entered the stage on a motorcycle dressed in a gold and silver mask and military outfit – somewhat resembling the King of Pop’s Dangerous World tour outfit.

After a few Michael Jackson-inspired moves, Ma removed his mask to reveal his identity to a shocked audience. He was then joined on stage by a group of Alibaba employees who also danced and clapped along.

At an Alibaba event in 2009, Ma performed The Lion King classic ‘Can You Feel The Love Tonight’ dressed as a heavy metal singer.

CNBC reports that Alibaba stocks hit an all time high on 17 August.
