Donnie Yen has been honoured by having his hand and feet imprinted into the cement at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, LA.

The 53-year-old actor shared the news via his official Facebook page.

Yen expressed gratitude for the honour, writing, “Thank you to everyone’s continuous support, encouraging and congratulating messages. Deeply humbled and truly appreciated!”

The TCL Chinese Theatre has over 200 handprints, footprints and autographs in its concrete. Fellow martial arts legend Jackie Chan is amongst those to be honoured in the same way – Chan’s left his prints in 1997 and 2013.

Yen will star in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which will be released on 16 December, and xXx: Return of Xander Cage, which will be released on 20 January.

Congratulations #donnieyen !! You are the best! #tclchinesetheatre #handandfootprints #hollywoodwalkoffame
